Current Status of Work Orders

As of December 18th, we have completed the backlog of washer machines waiting for repair that were orginially assigned to our service center.

If you have recently requested the recall to be completed and were assigned our service center, we will contact you to confirm the preferred service date within 2 business days.

If you would like to contact us by e-mail, you can submit your request via our Service Request Form We will promptly respond via email and get you scheduled for service.

If you have a Repair Ticket # (6 digits i.e. 938958), you can check the status of your ticket via our Support Ticket System.
